Due to the hygienic nature of our product, all body jewellery sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. We do have a lifetime warranty on all manufacturer defects, so in the unlikely event that your item(s) are defective, bring it back with your receipt to any of our locations or mail it directly back to our warehouse for an exchange.

Accessories and clothing can be exchanged within 10 days of receiving the product. Items can be exchanged at any of our locations or shipped back to our warehouse for exchange at the customer's expense. Please mail the item to be exchanged to:
